Responsibilities

Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients, including international corporates and household names in entertainment and sport.

Provide high-level technical tax support and advisory services to Partners and clients on complex tax issues.

Review corporate tax returns and computations prepared by junior staff, ensuring technical accuracy and identifying planning opportunities.

Oversee the smooth running of the compliance cycle, addressing issues and managing HMRC enquiries.

Act as a technical mentor, providing feedback and support to junior team members both in London and overseas.

Collaborate across the practice to ensure project delivery meets the high standards and realistic timeframes expected by the partnership.

As a Corporate Tax Manager you will:

Deliver proactive tax advice that adds tangible value to a diverse, high-net-worth client base.

Autonomously manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for tax matters.

Lead and develop junior talent, aiding their progression through structured feedback and mentorship.

Identify opportunities for networking and the expansion of internal and external contacts.

Contribute to technical discussions and meetings, articulating complex solutions with clarity.
