Counterbalance Driver
Northampton | £14.06 per hour | Mon-Fri - Rotating shifts (5:55am-2:00pm, 1:55pm-10:00pm)
We're recruiting a Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established manufacturing and distribution business in Northampton. This is a key role ensuring the smooth running of the warehouse and timely delivery of customer orders.
What you'll be doing:
* Loading and unloading deliveries safely
* Booking in finished goods using scanners
* Transporting products, stock, and packaging around the warehouse
* Assisting with repacking, packaging supply, and stock movements
* Following FIFO stock rotation at all times
* Scanning out finished goods during loading
* Completing daily FLT checks, stock counts, dock audits, and 5S checks
* Maintaining high housekeeping standards across warehouse and yard
* Following all Health & Safety procedures and wearing required PPE
What we're looking for:
* Valid FLT licence (in date or in-house training provided)
* Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Flexible, positive, and reliable work attitude
