The Role:
We're on the hunt for a superstar Cover Supervisor to join our supportive, lively, and downright lovely secondary school in Rochford. You'll be the go-to person when our teachers are away-keeping lessons on track, engaging students, and bringing good vibes to the classroom.
Don't worry, you don't need to be a qualified teacher-but you do need:
A confident, can-do attitude
Fantastic classroom presence
The ability to follow set lesson plans (no late-night planning sessions!)
A genuine love for working with young people
