The Role of a Cover Supervisor:
* Supervise classes across various subjects following prepared lesson plans and managing student behaviour.
* Maintain a positive learning environment and support students with their work.
* Play a key role in education and training by ensuring continuity of learning in teachers' absence.
* Provide feedback to school staff and help maintain classroom standards by following school policies and procedures.
You will have:
* A degree in any subject or Level 5 equivalent.
* Experience working with children or young people is desirable (coaching, tutoring, youth work or similar).
* Confident in leading classes of students with strong behaviour management skills and a professional approach.
* Flexibility to travel across various schools in Rotherham and reliability are super important to us!
