Cover Supervisor - Retford

Academics are recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across welcoming and supportive secondary schools throughout Retford on a temporary, flexible, ongoing basis.
This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, youth workers, sports coaches, or individuals with experience working with young people who want to gain classroom experience without the responsibility of lesson planning.

Pay: £100 - £130 per day (dependent on experience, paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees)

About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor in Retford, you will supervise secondary school classes during teacher absences and ensure pupils stay focused on the work that has been set.
You will deliver pre-prepared lesson materials, maintain strong classroom behaviour, and help ensure learning continues smoothly across a variety of subjects.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise classes using pre-set lesson materials

Candidate Requirements
* A degree or equivalent qualification (essential)

* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
