Academics Ltd is working in partnership with a number of excellent Primary and SEN schools across Milton Keynes and the wider Buckinghamshire area. These schools cater for pupils with diverse needs, including ASD, SEMH, PMLD, MLD, and mainstream learners requiring additional support.
The Role: Cover Teacher - Primary & SEN
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of learners in both mainstream and specialist settings
* Adapt planning and teaching styles to suit a variety of learning abilities
* Support pupils' academic progress, social development, and emotional wellbeing
* Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and SEN teams
* Contribute to a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
* Manage behaviour calmly and effectively, following each school's policies

Who We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teachers (QTS or ECT) - Primary, SEN, or Secondary teachers open to working across phases
* Calm, adaptable, and confident practitioners
* Teachers with a passion for supporting pupils of all abilities, including those with additional needs
* Individuals comfortable teaching in new environments and following school routines
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
