The Perse School Cambridge is one of the country's leading independent co-educational day schools for children aged 3-18.

The Role

The Creative Content and Digital Marketing Manager will lead the creation and delivery of high -impact, story-led digital marketing and engagement initiatives that enhance The Perse School's visibility, reputation and connection with its diverse audiences.

This role combines creative flair with data-driven insight to shape the School's digital presence across multiple platforms. The postholder will deliver imaginative, high-quality content and campaigns that showcase the excellence, innovation and community spirit that define The Perse.

In addition to supporting pupil recruitment and community engagement, the role will play a vital part in the success of the School's commercial operations - including the Sports Centre, Holiday Clubs, Outdoor education provision and the new Performing Arts School. The postholder will develop and deliver marketing campaigns that drive participation and growth, oversee the associated websites, and provide toolkits, templates and brand guidance to ensure consistent, high-quality presentation across all commercial activities.

The Creative Content and Digital Marketing Manager will work collaboratively across departments, leading on digital strategy, content creation and performance measurement. They will champion creativity, ensure brand consistency and analytics, optimising every campaign for maximum impact.

This is a pivotal and forward-facing role, suited to a confident communicator with strong creative and analytical skills, capable of turning insights and stories into content that inspires, informs and strengthens The Perse's voice within and beyond the educational sector.

Skills and Qualifications

* Professional qualification in marketing, digital marketing, communications or a related field.

* Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.

* Proven expertise in managing complex digital marketing campaigns, content strategy and digital analytics.

* Strong experience with website CMS (WordPress preferred), SEO, PPC, email marketing platforms, social media management tools and digital analytics software (e.g., GA4).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong project management and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

* Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, managing teams and external partners.

* Willingness to work outside of normal hours occasionally, including evenings and weekends, as required

* Experience in the education sector or non-profit environment (Desirable)

* Knowledge of video production and editing tools (Desirable)

* Experience of developing and managing supplier relationships (Desirable)
