You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth service delivery, handling warranty and maintenance enquiries, and supporting project logistics from start to finish.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality customer service via phone and email
* Manage enquiries related to parts, warranty, inspections, and maintenance
* Coordinate service bookings, repairs, and delivery logistics
* Process orders, invoices, and purchase orders
* Liaise with suppliers to chase quotes and costs
* Maintain accurate records and run regular reports
* Support general office administration including calls, post, and consumables
🎯 What We're Looking For
* Previous customer service experience, ideally in construction, engineering, or technical support
* Professional and confident telephone manner
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Positive, proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
* Good numeracy and IT skills (MS Office essential; CRM experience such as MS Dynamics is a plus)
* Own transport and driving licence required due to office location
