Customer Services Account Manager | Edenbridge - Kent | Up to £35,000

As a Customer Services Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as their main point of contact

Process enquiries, quotations and purchase orders through the company's ERP system

Liaise with Field Sales, Engineering and Planning to keep customers informed on delivery schedules

Act as an escalation point for the Customer Service team on disputes and complex requests

Coordinate resolution of customer complaints and returns with relevant departments

Support and occasionally deputise for the Customer Services Manager

As a Customer Services Account Manager, your experience will include:

Previous B2B customer service experience, ideally within a manufacturing or electronics environment

Confidence using ERP and/or CRM systems

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and catalogues

Previous supervisory or team leader experience would be an advantage

Knowledge of ISO9001 or AS9100 standards is beneficial but not essential
