What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie , Sous Chef, or Head Chef
Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate
Skilled in preparing fresh, high-quality food in volume
A positive, professional attitude
Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused
Driving is preferred, but not essential
Key Skills
Menu planning & food preparation
Allergen awareness and dietary requirements
Team leadership and kitchen management
Stock control and ordering
Food hygiene & health & safety (Level 2+ preferred)
Experience in schools, care homes, hospitals, or similar settings
