Salary: M1 - UPS3 Fringe (£33,075 - £50,471) + TLR2 (£3,914 - £8,279 depending on experience)

About the Role:
As Deputy Head of English, you will:
* Support the Curriculum Team Leader in delivering high-quality teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4
* Take a lead in developing an engaging, inclusive curriculum tailored to meet the needs of all learners
* Monitor and evaluate student outcomes, supporting intervention strategies where needed
* Inspire and support colleagues, acting as a role model for outstanding classroom practice
* Champion literacy across the school and contribute to a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement
About You:
To succeed as Deputy Head of English, you should:
* Have strong subject knowledge and a track record of successful English teaching
* Demonstrate leadership potential or experience with curriculum development, data analysis, and coaching
* Be passionate about fostering a love of English in students of all abilities
