They are on the lookout for an experienced and driven Design Director to lead on a range of projects across the Midlands for their Loughborough studio.

Duties for the role of Design Director:
* Deliver significant projects that involve masterplanning, concept design and detailed planning applications
* Contribute to business development and generate revenue for the company
* Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships
* Manage and mentor junior team members to contribute to their professional development and ensure successful project delivery
Skills and experience for the role of Design Director:
* Degree within Architecture or Architectural Technology
* Previous experience as an Associate Director within a UK practice or developer
* Significant post qualification experience within the UK residential industry
* Previous experience delivering residential led projects across the Midlands
* Working knowledge of local authorities within the midlands
* Track record of managing and mentoring a team
* Strong experience within financial management
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
