A leading energy and sustainability consultancy is looking for a Domestic Energy Advisor to join its team in Leicester. This hybrid role is ideal for someone passionate about improving energy performance in UK homes and supporting clients through energy-saving advice, retrofit guidance, and low-carbon solutions.

Role Summary

The advisor will support the delivery of retrofit programmes, offering tailored energy efficiency advice to homeowners, landlords, and housing organisations. You'll help translate technical assessments into actionable steps, supporting PAS 2035-aligned projects and contributing to national carbon reduction goals.

What You will Do:

* Provide clear, practical advice on energy efficiency measures for domestic properties.

* Support retrofit projects by advising clients on next steps following EPCs or assessments.

* Liaise with assessors, coordinators, and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery.

* Help shape and improve internal schemes, training, and software tools.

* Stay informed on relevant policy, funding schemes, and technical guidance.

* Assist in piloting new services and supporting innovation in the domestic energy space.

What to Expect

You will be part of a team driving innovation in energy advice and retrofit. You will collaborate across departments and with external agencies to improve the services we offer, ensuring high-quality outcomes and supporting the transition to a more energy-efficient housing sector.

About You

* Experience in domestic energy efficiency, sustainability, or retrofit advice.

* A qualified Domestic Energy Assessor

* Familiarity with PAS 2035, EPCs, and retrofit processes (assessor qualification not required).

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

* Proactive, organised, and customer focused.

* Passionate about sustainability and low-carbon living.
