As an Early Career Teacher (ECT), you will:
* Deliver engaging lessons in line with the Primary National Curriculum.
* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
* Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
* Promote independent learning and support pupils' progress.
* Adapt confidently to different primary school settings across Rotherham.
* Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be due to achieve QTS before September 2026.
* A genuine passion for primary education and supporting children's learning.
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one.
* A commitment to safeguarding and completing annual safeguarding training.
* The right to work in the UK.
