About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Assistant to become part of a highly committed early years team. You'll support children's development through inspiring activities and rich learning experiences-both indoors and outdoors.
You will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS.
* Support the emotional and developmental needs of children aged 2-5 years, in particular.
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

What We're Looking For
* Hold a Level 2 qualification (or higher) in Early Years Education.
* Have at least 3 years of experience working with young children, especially those aged 2-5 years.

* Be knowledgeable about the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Be a strong communicator and a reliable team player.
