A friendly and inclusive primary school in Waltham Forest is seeking a committed Early Years Practitioner to join their Early Years team on a permanent basis. Working alongside experienced teachers and practitioners, you'll help deliver engaging learning experiences, nurture children's development and create a positive, stimulating classroom environment where every child can flourish.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

* Support children's learning through engaging, play-based activities.

* Help create a safe, welcoming and stimulating Early Years environment.

* Work alongside teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

* Encourage children's social, emotional and academic development.

* Observe, monitor and contribute to children's progress and wellbeing.

* Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who:

* Holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years, or a degree in Education or another child-related subject.

* Has previous experience working within an Early Years setting.

* Demonstrates a warm, patient and nurturing approach.

* Communicates confidently with children, parents and colleagues.

* Is organised, dependable and enjoys working as part of a team.

* Has a genuine passion for supporting young children's development.
