Location: East Kent - including Canterbury, Thanet, Dover, Whitstable/Herne Bay, Folkestone, and Hythe

What you'll do as an Early Years Teacher:

* Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences following the EYFS framework

* Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive

* Support children's personal, social, and emotional development

* Work collaboratively with support staff and parents to ensure each child's individual needs are met

* Observe, assess, and record children's progress to inform future planning

What we're looking for in an Early Years Teacher:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)

* Experience working within Early Years or Foundation Stage

* A caring, patient, and creative approach to teaching and learning

* Strong communication and classroom management skills

* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
