A specialist SEN school in Maidenhead is seeking a caring and proactive EHCP Assistant to join their team ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to build experience before pursuing a career in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Teaching, or Therapy.
As an EHCP Assistant, you will:
* Providing 1:1 and small-group support.
* Supporting students with their individual EHCP targets.
* Assisting with learning, communication, and emotional regulation.
* Monitoring progress, engagement, and wellbeing.
* Working closely with teachers and SEN professionals.
* Building positive relationships with students.
