Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Central London
Location: Central London
Salary: £45,000 + Overtime
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Are you a proactive and skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer ready for a new challenge? We’re hiring on behalf of a top-tier Facilities Maintenance provider, offering an excellent opportunity to elevate your career.
Join a respected and established building services firm, where you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance across prestigious commercial offices in Central London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Emergency Light Testing & Fire Alarm Testing
- Maintenance on HVAC Equipment
- Maintenance within Plant Rooms
- Maintenance on pumps, motors etc
- Maintain up-to-date service records via a PDA-based maintenance system.
- Liaise with subcontractors to complete specialist works as needed.
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety guidelines and site-specific protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections and proactively address issues to maintain building performance.
✅ Candidate Requirements:
- City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
- City and Guilds 18th Edition
- Demonstrable experience in commercial maintenance.
- Must be well presented and client facing
