Electrical Night Shift Engineer – Liverpool Street
💰 Salary: £55,000
🌙 Shift: Nights Only
📍 Location: Iconic Banking Building, Liverpool Street
Are you an experienced Night Shift Engineer looking for your next opportunity?
This is your chance to join a leading facilities maintenance company, working in a prestigious corporate environment right by Liverpool Street Station. We’re seeking a highly skilled engineer to complete our expert maintenance team, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Conducting PPM & reactive maintenance tasks
✔ Handling electrical systems including lighting, wiring, testing, alarms, BMS, and heat exchangers
✔ Performing emergency lighting testing and fire alarm checks
✔ Maintaining AHUs, FCUs, UPS, and risers
✔ Working on hot & cold water systems, drainage, and general building maintenance
✔ Attending client meetings and maintaining logs & RAMS
✔ Diagnosing and resolving faults in LV systems, UPS, generators, and HVAC equipment
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2 & 3)
✅ 17th/18th Edition certified
✅ Solid experience in commercial building maintenance
✅ Strong knowledge of FCUs, water treatment, and HVAC
✅ Ability to work in a corporate, client-facing environment
✅ Multi-skilled (mechanical & electrical knowledge preferred)
✅ Leadership & communication skills
