Employment Tax Assistant Manager responsibilities will include:
Providing on-time and technically accurate advice on employment tax matters, including pay and benefits, employee status and payroll compliance
Supporting clients with compliance duties such as year-end reporting, due diligence and policy reviews
Assisting in supervising and mentoring junior team members, guiding their technical development and ensuring high-quality client deliverables.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment tax legislation and changes
As a Employment Tax Assistant Manager you will be/have:
ATT/CTA Qualified
Over 7 years+rsquo; Employment Tax Experience
Managing your own portfolio of UK domestic and global mobility employment taxes
Managing and reviewing Employment Tax compliance
Delivering strategic tax advice and solutions
Liaising with clients, maintaining relationships
Staff Management skills
