Are you a qualified Energy Assessor looking for a new opportunity? This could be the perfect role for you!
Our client, a rapidly growing and well-established energy consultancy, is seeking a qualified energy assessor to join their team at their office location. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and contribute to a dynamic and forward-thinking business.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident in building relationships with clients and colleagues
* Experience writing sustainability reports and strategies is highly desirable
* Familiarity with planning processes and Part L building regulations
* Ideally be a qualified OCDEA and/or NDEA
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out SAP and SBEM calculations
* Producing sustainability and energy statements for planning applications
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
