Requirements for the position of Energy Assessor:
* SAP experience
* Understanding of Part L2, BRUKL outputs, and non-domestic energy compliance
* Ability to produce accurate calculations and technical documentation
* Strong communication skills for liaising with architects, engineers, and clients
* Interest in developing additional skills such as TM59 / Part O / DTM
Duties and Responsibilities of an Energy Assessor:
* Produce BRUKL reports and issue non-domestic EPCs
* Advise design teams on compliance outcomes and energy performance
* Support overheating or DTM assessments where required
* Maintain project documentation and contribute to technical workflow
