Job Title: Engineering Geologist
Location: London
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000
A new opportunity has opened for an Engineering Geologist in London.
The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects both on site and in the office, ranging from residential and commercial developments to large-scale infrastructure and international assignments. You will be joining a leading specialist contractor that delivers high-quality geotechnical and environmental solutions both in the UK and abroad.
You will have the chance to join a specialist site investigation contractor and consultancy who have a strong presence in the South East.

Role and responsibilities:
Assist with ground investigation design and supervision
* Conduct Phase 1 desk studies and interpretative report writing
* Undertake geotechnical risk assessments
* Liaise with clients and project teams
* Work across both UK and international projects
The role also offers the chance to mentor junior engineers while continuing to learn from senior and principal engineers, gaining exposure to complex geotechnical and geo-environmental challenges worldwide.
Essential criteria:
* Hold a degree in Geology or Engineering Geology
* Experience within ground investigation
* Live within a commutable distance of London
* Hold a full UK driving licence
