Job Title: Engineering Geologist
Salary: £35,000
Location: Reading
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Geologist to join a well-established ground investigation consultancy in Reading. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of projects, both on-site and in the office, ranging in complexity and providing excellent opportunities to broaden your experience and skillset.

Key Responsibilities:
* Designing and planning ground investigations
* Conducting Phase 1 desk studies
* Writing interpretative geotechnical reports
* Carrying out geotechnical risk assessments
* Soil sampling and groundwater monitoring
* Liaising with clients and project teams
* Supporting and mentoring junior engineers while learning from senior and principal engineers

Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline
* Experience in ground investigation
* Reside within a commutable distance to Reading
