Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable)
* Instil a passion for literature and language while developing students' analytical and communication skills
* Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback
* Contribute to curriculum development and share best practice within the English department
