⭐ What You'll Be Doing
You'll be part of a lively, phone-based sales team handling warm enquiries from customers who are actively looking for insurance.
* Speak to customers via inbound and outbound calls
* Understand their needs and offer the right insurance solutions
* Provide accurate quotes across a range of products
* Offer reassuring, empathetic support - especially to elderly or vulnerable customers
* Help customers arrange their cover for the year ahead
You'll receive full classroom and on-the-job training, with clear progression as you master each product.
