The Role

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, one-to-one RE tuition in the pupil's home every Friday from 12:30pm to 14:00pm.

Key responsibilities include:

* Planning and delivering personalised Religious Education lessons

* Adapting learning activities to meet the pupil's individual needs and learning style

* Building a positive and trusting relationship with the learner

* Supporting emotional wellbeing, confidence, and engagement with learning

* Monitoring progress and adapting support where required

* Creating a safe, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment

About You

We would love to hear from individuals who have:

* Experience working with children or young people in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or support roles

* A strong understanding of SEND, SEMH, and alternative provision settings

* The ability to engage and motivate learners who may be anxious or reluctant to participate in education

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach

* Experience delivering personalised learning programmes or interventions

* Strong subject knowledge in Religious Education and confidence delivering RE tuition at Key Stage 3 level

Why Apply?

* Consistent, ongoing tuition throughout the academic year and beyond

* The opportunity to make a lasting impact on a young person's educational journey

* Flexible, rewarding one-to-one tutoring work
