ESG + Sustainability Manager responsibilities include:

Leading and managing sustainability reporting projects

Advising clients on sustainability reporting standards and frameworks, such as ISSB, GRI, CSRD

Developing and implementing sustainability reporting strategies tailored to client needs

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability reporting into broader corporate reporting

Conducting detailed reviews of sustainability reports to ensure compliance and accuracy

Training and mentoring junior team members on sustainability reporting practices

Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering exceptional client service

Identifying opportunities for business development and contributing to proposals and pitches

As an ESG + Sustainability Manager, you will have:

A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate reporting, with a strong focus on sustainability reporting, as well as previous practice experience

A proven track record of advising clients on sustainability reporting standards and frameworks

Experience in preparing and reviewing sustainability reports

A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in sustainability reporting

The ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional client service

35-hour week
