Job Title: Experienced Architect

Location: Chelmsford
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established architectural practice who provide expert consultancy and design services to the residential, commercial, and education sectors. They are on the lookout for an Experienced Architect to lead on a range of projects for their Chelmsford studio.

Duties for the role of Experienced Architect include:
* Manage projects from inception through to completion
* Produce detailed drawings and documentations for the submission of planning applications
* Ensure all works is in line with current standards and building regulations
* Undertake site visits to check on project progress
Skills and experience for the role of Experienced Architect:
* ARB registered
* Strong post RIBA part 3 qualification experience within a UK practice
* Proficiency with AutoCAD
* Good drawing and design skills
* Working knowledge of UK planning policy and building regulations
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Chelmsford area
