Job Title: Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Location: Nottingham
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist RIBA chartered practice who provide their expertise to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for an Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant who is looking to progress and complete their part 3 and join their team based in Nottingham.

Duties for the role of Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant include:
* Help assist on the delivery of mixed-use and student accommodation projects
* Assist with planning applications and technical drawings
* Work alongside other consultants and clients across all RIBA work stages
* undertake site visits and design meetings to help ensure high quality compliance is achieved
Skills and experience for the role of Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
* Successfully completed your RIBA part 1 and Part 2 qualifications
* Relevant post Part qualification experience as an architectural assistant
* Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
* Experience working on projects within the residential sector
* Good drawing and design skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Nottingham area
