Job Title: Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Location: Surrey

Salary: £28-38,000 DOE

Daily Duties

* Work across all RIBA stages from concept through to completion

* Produce high-quality design and technical drawings

* Assist with planning applications, building regulations, and tender packages

* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients

* Attend site visits and project meetings

* Support project delivery within deadlines and budget constraints

Ideal Candidate

* Part 2 Architectural Assistant with substantial UK practice experience, or a fully qualified Part 3 Architect

* Strong design and technical skills

* Proficient in industry-standard software (Adobe Suite essential; MicroStation and SketchUp beneficial)

* Good knowledge of UK planning and building regulations

* Excellent communication and organisational abilities

* Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

* Experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, or hospitality projects (desirable)

* Experience running projects or leading small teams (desirable)

* Ideally based locally to Carshalton, Surrey / South London
