Job Title: Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £28-33,000 DOE

An award-winning multidisciplinary architecture and urban design practice based in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join its growing team. The studio delivers a diverse range of projects across the residential, mixed-use, commercial and regeneration sectors, with a strong emphasis on design quality, sustainability and contextual architecture. Working within a collaborative and design-led environment, the successful candidate will contribute to projects from concept design through to technical delivery using BIM and Revit-based workflows.

Daily Duties
* Assisting with the design and delivery of projects across multiple sectors
* Producing planning, tender and construction drawing packages
* Developing Revit models and BIM documentation
* Preparing presentation materials, visuals, and design reports
* Coordinating information with consultants and wider project teams
* Attending client, consultant, and site meetings
* Supporting project architects with technical detailing and project delivery
* Working across projects at varying scales and stages
Ideal Candidate
* RIBA Part 2 qualified with several years of UK-based professional experience
* Strong design, technical and presentation skills
* Good working knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
* Proficient in Revit with BIM workflow experience preferred
* Experience working on residential or mixed-use schemes advantageous
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Confident working both independently and collaboratively
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about high-quality architecture
* Candidates already based locally within Sheffield or the surrounding region would be preferred
