PC Thorold Ltd are recruiting for a Field Manager to support our team from our site in Gosberton.
Requirements:
* Previous experience of working with Fresh Produce.
* Forecasting production volumes and general field walking to assess crop health.
* Implementing orders from the planning team.
* Overseeing field harvesting teams. Ensuring efficiencies and order requirements are met. Quality requirements, customers specifications are adhered to.
* Ensure good communication flow between all departments on quality issues.
* Ability to communicate to a multi lingual workforce.
* Positive, can do approach.
