As a Finance Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

Purchase and sales ledger

Reconciling bank accounts daily and managing all associated transactions

Posting purchase ledger invoices and processing supplier payments

Handling expense and mileage claims with accuracy and correct documentation

Producing weekly cash forecasts and monthly variance reports

Managing credit card statements and reconciling receipts

Chasing outstanding customer payments and resolving related queries

As a Finance Administrator, your experience will include:

Previous experience within finance administration or a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment

Understanding of daily financial processes including bank reconciliations , purchase ledger , and month end activities

Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and finance systems

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Confident communication skills when liaising with internal teams and suppliers
