As the Finance Director, you will be taking the operational reins for finance and driving transformation across reporting, forecasting, compliance, controls, and team development. This is your chance to take an SME‑built finance function and lead it into its next phase taking ownership of a growing finance function and helping to shape it into a more structured, corporate setup as the business continues to scale.
