Job Title: Financial Analyst (Hybrid) - Temporary until April 2027
Location: Daventry (Hybrid - 3 days on-site per week)
Hours: Full-Time
Overview
We're currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our clients team in Daventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a reputable organisation in the manufacturing sector, with the role expected to run until April 2027.
This is a hybrid position, with 3 days per week working onsite.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare complex financial reports and analysis to support decision-making
* Assist with monthly book closing activities
* Develop and monitor annual budgets and staffing/expense forecasts
* Provide detailed variance analysis, cost breakdowns, and performance metrics
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
What We're Looking For
✅ Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Financial Analyst role within a production or manufacturing environment
✅ Strong Excel skills - including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
✅ Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Organised and methodical approach with attention to detail
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
* Progress towards CPA, CMA, CA, or similar qualification (preferred but not essential)
* Intermediate level of professional experience in financial analysis is required
You will be working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with a November start.
