Financial Controller | Romsey | Contract - 6 months| £50ph

As a Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day to day accounting operations including AR, AP, GL, inventory and fixed assets
- Preparing and issuing all monthly and annual financial statements
- Overseeing cash management and treasury activities
- Coordinating budgeting cycles and forecasting requirements
- Managing internal and external audits, ensuring strong financial controls
- Leading and developing the financial reporting team
As a Financial Controller, your experience will include:
- Being a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Demonstrated experience within group reporting structures
- Proven background as a financial accountant or finance professional
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and reporting requirements
- Competency with ERP systems, ideally IFS, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- The ability to analyse, challenge and improve existing processes with clarity and precision
