Fleet Manager opportunity

Are you an experienced Fleet Manager with a strong tools and maintenance background? Do you thrive in hands-on roles, leading teams, and keeping operations running smoothly? We have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company on a permanent basis in Bristol. As our Fleet Manager, you will oversee the maintenance and management of our fleet and workshop operations. This is a key role where your technical expertise and leadership skills will directly impact efficiency, safety, and the sustainability of our operations.

Workshop/Fleet Manager Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage workshop operations, ensuring all maintenance work is completed efficiently.

- Oversee fleet management, including scheduling, servicing, and compliance.

- Manage a team of technicians, drivers, and workshop staff.

- Ensure all tools, equipment, and vehicles are maintained to high standards.

- Implement processes and improvements to optimise workshop and fleet performance.

Workshop/Fleet Manager Key Skills/Experience required

- Strong tools and mechanical background essential.

- Previous experience in workshop or fleet management roles.

- Hold the Transport Manager CPC qualification

- Experience within the recycling, refuse, or waste sector is highly beneficial but not essential.

- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site management with administrative responsibilities.
