Job Title: Geoenvironmental Engineer
Location: Leicester
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Geoenvironmental Engineer to join a growing consultancy based in Leicester. This role offers the chance to work on a wide range of contaminated land, ground investigation and remediation projects across the UK.
You will be part of a supportive and experienced team, gaining exposure to technically challenging projects while benefiting from clear progression opportunities and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering Phase 1 and Phase 2 contaminated land assessments
* Interpreting site investigation data and producing technical reports
* Undertaking risk assessments and remediation strategies
* Liaising with clients, regulators and contractors
* Supporting project delivery from inception through to completion
Requirements:
* Degree in Geoenvironmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology or a related discipline
* Experience in contaminated land or ground investigation projects
* Knowledge of UK environmental legislation and guidance
* Strong report writing and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
