An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Geotechnical Associate Director to join a growing, independent multidisciplinary environmental consultancy with an excellent reputation for delivering innovative, practical and cost-effective solutions across infrastructure, residential, commercial and renewable energy projects throughout the UK.

Based in near Bristol, this Geotechnical Associate Director position offers the chance to lead and develop a successful geo-environmental and geotechnical team while playing a key role in business growth and client development.

The Role

As Geotechnical Associate Director, you will:

* Lead and manage geotechnical and geo-environmental projects from inception to completion.

* Provide technical oversight across ground investigations, contamination assessments, geotechnical design and remediation schemes.

* Mentor and develop engineers and consultants within the team.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships.

* Support business development, fee proposals, tenders and project delivery.

* Collaborate with specialists across environmental, planning and engineering disciplines.

Requirements

To be considered for this Geotechnical Associate Director role, you will have:

* Significant experience in geotechnical and geo-environmental consultancy.

* Chartered status or working towards chartership.

* Strong project management and team leadership experience.

* Commercial awareness and business development capability.

* A full UK driving licence.

* Full right to work in the UK.

* The ability to work from and live within a commutable distance of the Bristol office.
