The Geotechnical Design Engineer selected will be working with a specialist team of Civil, Structural and Geotechnical consultants. You'll be developing ground models and designing structures including retaining walls, foundations, piles and reinforced soil slopes. Engineers will also be conducting ground movement assessments and training junior members of the team.
To be considered for the Geotechnical Design Engineer position you should:
* Have experience as a Geotechnical Design Engineer, with a strong understanding of soil mechanics and experience using software's such as , AutoCAD, Excel, Alp, PDisp, Rocscience Slide, ADC Adsec, Oasys Pile and WALLAP
* Have a degree in Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering (with a geotechnical focus) or similar (MSc preferred).
* Have a full and clean UK Driving Licence.
* Be commutable to Central London.
* Have a full right to work in the UK.
