Graduate Behaviour Intervention TA
Are you a recent graduate passionate about making a positive difference in children's lives? Are you interested in supporting young learners with behavioural needs and gaining valuable experience in a school environment?
Academics is working closely with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Slough to offer an exciting opportunity for graduates to join as a Behaviour Intervention Teaching Assistant. This role provides hands-on experience supporting pupils with behavioural challenges, helping them thrive academically and socially.
The Role:
As a Graduate Behaviour Intervention TA, you will work 1:1 or with small groups of pupils, providing tailored support to improve behaviour and engagement. You'll collaborate closely with class teachers and the SEN team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment across the primary curriculum.

What We're Looking For:
* A recent graduate (any degree welcome)
* Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
* A genuine interest in behaviour support and child development
* Experience working with children is desirable but not essential - mentoring, tutoring, or coaching all count!
