Graduate Structural Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

* Assist in the design, analysis, and detailing of structural engineering projects.

* Support project leads in producing calculations, technical drawings, and written reports.

* Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure design integrity and compliance.

* Contribute to site visits to monitor project progress and ensure designs are implemented effectively.

* Apply new technologies and innovative problem-solving techniques to engineering challenges.

Working Conditions

Skills & Qualifications for this Graduate Structural Engineer role;

* A bachelor's (or master's) degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related discipline).

* Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning.

* Experience with structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, STAAD.Pro) is advantageous.

* Demonstrated enthusiasm for innovation, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
