A fantastic primary school in Chesham, Buckinghamshire is looking to expand its Learning Support Team and is recruiting Graduate Learning Support Assistants to start in Septemebr 2026.

This is a full-time, term-time-only position on a long-term contract, with opportunities for teacher training through the School Direct programme after one academic year.

Position Details:

* Role: Graduate Learning Support Assistant

* Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire

* Start Date: September 2026

* Contract: Long-term, full-time

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm (term time only)

* Pay: £445-£500 per week

* Transport: Good transport links and on-site parking available

* Progression: Training provided with pathway into teacher training

About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

* Work with pupils who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), providing one-to-one and small group support

* Support class teachers in delivering tailored interventions

* Contribute to the academic and emotional development of pupils across the school

* Receive ongoing training and mentoring from experienced staff
