Key Responsibilities & Skills:
* Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
* Confident, articulate communicator- especially on the phone (this is a phone-based role)
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Positive, hardworking attitude with a willingness to learn
* Degree-level education or sales experience (preferred but not essential)
* Screening and shortlisting candidates
* Writing job adverts to attract top talent
* Supporting fee negotiations (with training)
* Assisting candidates through every step of the recruitment process
* Daily communication with clients to build strong relationships
* Working towards individual and team targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
