What we're looking for:
A recent graduate with a strong academic background
Passionate about education and committed to supporting young people
Previous experience with young people (volunteering, mentoring, tutoring, coaching, etc.)
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
Considering a future in secondary teaching
You're Role:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced teachers to support students in and out of the classroom. You may work 1:1, lead small group sessions, and assist pupils with SEN - helping them thrive academically and emotionally in a supportive learning environment.
