About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing general classroom support across a range of year groups
* Delivering targeted literacy, numeracy, and phonics interventions
* Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) both inside/outside the classroom
* Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small intervention groups
* Helping to create engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environments
The Ideal Candidate
The school is seeking a graduate who is passionate about education and genuinely motivated to support children's learning and development. The ideal candidate will also have some previous experience working with children or young people, whether through tutoring, mentoring, sports coaching, childcare, youth work, voluntary work, or school-based placements.
