Job Overview:

* This school caters for students aged 11-16.

* Full-time, Monday - Friday, Learning Support Assistant role.

* Support students in lessons on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.

* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences.

* Help students develop confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours.

* Provide additional support for students with SEND and varying learning needs.

* Encourage student participation and engagement across the curriculum.

* Work collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and parents where appropriate.
