This role blends strategy, insight, and leadership-overseeing commercial analytics, pricing, forecasting, and system integration while acting as a key partner to senior stakeholders. The position also deputises for the Finance Director and offers a clear succession pathway.

The Opportunity

You'll lead a small team focused on delivering meaningful financial insight, ensuring data accuracy, and enhancing the tools and systems that support commercial decisions. Key Responsibilities

* Lead commercial reporting, insight generation, and dashboard development.

* Oversee pricing and margin analysis, ensuring competitive positioning.

* Improve forecasting accuracy through strong modelling and data use.

* Support digital and system enhancements across ERP, CRM, and BI tools.

* Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to influence strategic decisions.

About You
